Living Your Wild and Precious Life – A Private Equine-Supported Retreat in the Mountains of Costa Rica
What will you do with this one wild and precious life?
This intimate 4-day private retreat invites you to pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. Set in the mountains of southern Costa Rica, this experience is designed for one person, a couple, or a small family seeking meaningful transformation in a natural, soulful setting.
Through equine-supported sessions, you’ll engage with horses as mirrors of your inner world. No riding or horse experience is necessary. Horses reflect our emotional truth without judgment, helping us move beyond the mind’s chatter to access clarity, calm, and authentic direction.
Your journey will draw inspiration from the Medicine Wheel, exploring the cycles of life, the elements, and the directions as guides for personal awareness. Each retreat is fully customized to meet your needs—whether you are navigating a life transition, rediscovering purpose, or seeking integration after a profound experience.
You’ll stay 5 nights with a welcoming Costa Rican host family as part of our homestay program, offering a glimpse into simple, heart-centered living. Wake to birdsong, enjoy home-cooked meals, swim at the base of waterfalls in a clear blue river, and feel the rhythm of a slower pace.
This retreat is not about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering yourself.
Come to listen, to breathe, and to live your wild and precious life.
